1. GENERAL

1.1. PerfectJeans.com is a website operated by Perfect Jeans ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Perfect Jeans", "us" or "we"), a company registered in Denmark under CVR number 40587438 with an address at Abildvej 5A, 5700 Svendborg.

1.2. Our VAT number is DK40587438.

1.3. Perfect Jeans can be contacted with any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions or questions related to orders and purchases at the following email address: support@perfectjeans.com.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions govern the terms of sale for all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") on the domain perfectjeans.com, from the moment you place an order to payment and delivery. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood them before placing an order. The customer and Perfect Jeans are hereinafter collectively referred to as "the parties."

1.5. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The new version will not have retroactive effect, and the parties are only bound by the Terms and Conditions that are online on the day the order is placed.

1.6. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings: a) "Website" means the domain www.perfectjeans.com. b) "You" means the customer placing an order. c) "Customer" or "the customer" means the person placing an order. d) "Business day": a day that is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday in the customer's country. e) "Order" means the order you have submitted to the website to purchase goods from us. f) "Content" means all texts, graphics, videos, images, and all other information published on the website. g) "Third-party websites": any website not provided by Perfect Jeans. h) "Contract" means the order you have placed to purchase product(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. By placing an order on the website, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. You must be at least 18 years old and ensure that all information you provide to us is correct.

2.3. The parties agree that the images of the goods for sale on the website have no contractual value.

2.4. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to refuse any purchase request made by you for legitimate reasons, such as if we are unable to process your payment or if a product is out of stock. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email as described in provision 2.5.

2.5. The website will guide you step-by-step through completing your purchase and placing your order. You will be presented with an overview of all detailed information regarding your order before making your purchase. We strongly recommend that you check all details of your order before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your information later.

2.6. You will receive an order confirmation to the registered email with all the details of your purchase once you have placed an order on the website. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a purchase agreement. A contract between the parties for the purchase of the order will be formed when your order has been dispatched and has left our warehouse.

2.7. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock between the time you place an order and the time our warehouse processes it, we will cancel the purchase of the relevant product as it is no longer available. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund.

2.8. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation email. If payment has already been taken for such a canceled order, we will refund the same amount using the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are needed for any reason, Perfect Jeans will contact you.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. The prices shown on the website apply to all orders placed via the website. All prices include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs and any other applicable fees will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

3.2. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including errors in pricing, images, details, and descriptions displayed on the website.

3.3. If incorrect information is provided for any product you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service under the conditions set out in section 1.3 of these Terms and Conditions.

3.4. We offer various forms of payment methods. You will find all payment methods available for your country during the checkout process.

Please note that we do not accept cash or checks.

3.5. All payments are subject to validation checks and approval by the payment provider you have chosen. If the provider refuses or for any reason does not allow payment, you will then be notified via email and/or during the attempt to place the order.

3.7. Occasionally, we may offer special offers and discounts on certain products on the website. Terms of use in connection with special offers or discounts will be specified at the time of issuance. You can use 1 discount code per purchase.

3.9. Please note that Perfect Jeans is not responsible for any bank or transfer fees.

3.10. There is 1 free exchange per order. After this, each label costs 40 DKK. If you want a refund, 35 DKK will be deducted for the return label when the refund is credited.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, where relevant, and will be included at checkout before you pay.

4.2. We aim to dispatch orders within one (1) business day of order confirmation. Please note that shipping time may take longer due to peak season, unexpected events, or product availability.

4.3. We make a reservation on the card used for purchase to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you purchased will not be dispatched until the order is completed, and the payment is reserved.

4.4. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package has been dispatched, which will indicate an estimated delivery time. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your confirmation email.

4.5. Depending on your location, you will have different delivery options. The amount of the delivery fee depends on the delivery option you choose. You will find all available delivery methods for your country during the checkout process.

4.6. You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it after purchase. The customer is solely responsible for delivery errors due to missing or incorrect information or errors in the delivery address.

4.7. Our carriers will do their best to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your package within the expected delivery time.

4.8. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

4.9. If the customer chooses to have the package delivered to their home address, the shipping company will attempt to deliver the package to the home address. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to a nearby package shop or post office.

4.10. It is the customer's responsibility to collect their package within the time frame specified by the carrier. If the package is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to Perfect Jeans, and the goods will be restocked. Perfect Jeans can therefore not guarantee that the goods can be delivered again.

If the customer fails to collect the package, Perfect Jeans reserves the right to cancel the purchase. Ownership of the goods normally passes to the customer upon payment, but if the customer fails to fulfill their obligation to receive the goods, Perfect Jeans may terminate the contract and consider the purchase as canceled.

If the goods are still in stock, the customer may request redelivery, provided that the payment has not been refunded. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the additional costs associated with redelivery. If the goods are no longer available, or if the customer wishes to have the purchase refunded even though the goods are still in stock, a fee of 100 DKK will be charged to cover the costs associated with the uncollected package.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

5.1. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to return an item, this can be done through the return portal on the website. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us. The price of our return label will be displayed in the return portal. The price of the return label will be deducted from the refund when we process the customer’s return package.

5.2. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, unwashed, without odors, without pet hair, and with all tags still attached. The goods must be in new condition so that we can resell them. If the product is not in new condition, you will not lose your right of withdrawal, but you may be charged for the loss of value. If the product is worthless after use, the money cannot be refunded.

5.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package arrives safely at the Perfect Jeans address as specified in section 1.1. Perfect Jeans does not collect packages from parcel shops, post offices, or other locations. All returns must therefore be delivered to the Perfect Jeans address.

5.4. Once your return has reached our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund or exchange your item according to the customer’s request. The return process may take up to two (2) weeks from the moment we receive your order back. Perfect Jeans reserves the right to refuse an exchange and issue a refund for the returned item. If you request an exchange and the item is not in stock, an electronic voucher will be issued and sent to your email. If you are within the return period, this voucher can be canceled by sending us written notice.

5.5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit note via email. You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) business days. We refund the paid amount considering any discounts. If you used a discount code or offer in connection with your purchase and the total value of the order is less than or equal to the value of the discount code as a result of subsequently returning part of your order, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the goods you keep or for shipping if the order no longer meets the conditions for the discount.

5.6. The refund does not include delivery charges that you have paid in addition to standard delivery. Standard delivery is always the cheapest delivery method. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. If you pay by invoice, your payment provider may contact you to issue the refund.

5.7. Please note that you can only return products purchased on the website.

5.8. Please note that you will be charged the costs that Perfect Jeans incurs in connection with an exchange if you choose to return the exchanged item. There is 1 free exchange per order.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

6.1. We make no warranties regarding this website or the information, materials, or content provided. We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available or that the information on this website is true, non-misleading, or accurate.

6.2. Any information and content on the website should not be interpreted as Perfect Jeans providing advice of any kind.

6.3. You agree not to use any of our products for commercial, business, or resale purposes, and we exclude liability for loss of income/profits, loss of contracts, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of reputation.

7. TRADEMARKS

7.1. The trademarks, names, and logos on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks owned by Perfect Jeans. Prior written permission from Perfect Jeans is required for the use of any trademark, image, or video from the website. It is therefore strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit, or distribute any content that originates from the website in any way.

8. COMPLAINTS

8.1. We take all complaints very seriously and strive to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers who wish to file a complaint are encouraged to contact our customer service team as soon as possible under the conditions set out in section 1.3 or by using the contact information on the website (https://www.perfectjeans.com/pages/kontakt).

9. PRIVACY POLICY

9.1. Personal data provided to Perfect Jeans ApS will only be disclosed to: • the company’s internal departments • selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal data to deliver goods or services you have ordered • business partners to register and maintain your user account.

9.2. To further develop and improve www.perfectjeans.com, we keep statistics on how you use the website. The personal data is recorded by Perfect Jeans ApS and stored in accordance with the data protection law, after which the data is deleted. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

At Perfect Jeans ApS, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. 10. CONFLICT OF TERMS

10.1. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies, or notices specifically relating to a particular section of Perfect Jeans shall no longer be valid.

11. SEVERABILITY

11.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes impractical or invalid in any jurisdiction, court, or authority, the remaining provision and all other provisions remain fully in force and effective.

12. LAW AND DISPUTES

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.

12.2. Contracts concluded via the website and any dispute arising or relating to them are subject to Danish law. An amicable solution (through an ombudsman system) should be considered before any legal remedies are pursued. In the event that this solution fails, Danish courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions. This provision does not deprive European consumers of their national statutory rights.

12.3. In the event of any dispute or claim relating to these Terms, we will comply with the assessment of the Danish Consumer Ombudsman or the corresponding authority in the relevant country.
